RHEOBOARD is a High-Performance Semi Rigid Pre-Formed Protection Board composed of mineralized polymer bitumen impregnated and coated with rot proof cores covered with polyethylene film on both sides.

Application Process
RHEOBOARD are to be installed over waterproofing membranes and may be easily cut with a roofer’s knife to fit any profile. The board is semi rigid and will not crack when bent. Depending on the waterproofing system, the board may be welded into position by heating it with a gas torch, or held in place by a compatible cold bituminous adhesive or tape. On vertical applications, RHEOBOARD should be held in position by spot bonding, using an adhesive where applicable.
RHEOBOARD boards are compatible with modified bitumen torch-applied or self-adhering membranes. When used continuously over a waterproofing system, RHEOBOARD will absorb mechanical shock from impacting aggregate during back-filling, foot traffic and ordinary site abuse by other trades.
